KE·ai works with your email, your documents and the way you write. That only works if you know exactly what happens to all of it. Here it is, no fine print.
What we store
Your account (email and name), what you write in the chat, and what the assistant produces for you: drafts, documents, pieces and files you upload.
A distilled profile of you — how you write, what you prioritize, who you work with — built by reading your own material, which you can see and edit.
Files from connected sources are NOT copied in bulk: they stay at the source (your Gmail, for example) and are read on demand. Only what you upload or what the assistant produces is stored here.
Who we talk to so it works
Anthropic, for the assistant's reasoning. OpenAI, for semantic search and audio transcription. Google, if you connect Gmail or Calendar, with the permission you grant and can revoke.
MercadoPago processes payments. We don't store your card details.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train models.
What you control
The assistant's autonomy is a ladder you raise: observes, proposes, acts, operates. It starts on the lowest rung and only climbs if you allow it.
Nothing goes out — an email, a message, a payment — without your explicit authorization for that action.
You can disconnect any integration, delete content from your library, and request deletion of your account by writing to hola@k-e.ai.
